MCMP Series

High speed automatic in line shrink wrapping systems for trayed products with servo drive controlled continuous motion seal carriage.  This high speed shrink wrapping system can accommodate strapped or unstrapped stacks of publications on or off line, being perfect bound or saddle stitched, having random heights for mail or news stand delivery designed to exceed production rates of binding and stacking equipment currently available.

MIC Series

Automatic in line shrink wrapping systems for supported products having a compact frame.  We incorporate components usually found on high speed equipment into a system having a length of less than eleven feet providing production speeds exceeding twenty packages per minute and conserving valuable floor space.

MIF Series

Automatic in line shrink wrapping systems for trayed products.  The MIF Series. sets the standard for packaging trayed products. Products are accepted randomly onto our low friction infeed conveyor where product pacing is internally controlled via pneumatic gate. Photo sensors initiate our specially programmed seal cycle timing process engineered to maximize production rates and assure smooth product transfers through the system resulting in production rates up to forty per minute.

MRA Series

Automatic shrink bundling systems incorporating a ninety degree product infeed to provide individual or multi-pack of variety of supported or non-supported products.  Each MRA series machine is specifically designed for the product to be wrapped at the production speed required.  These versatile systems can accommodate a variety of different types of products such as bottles, boxes, bags, or cans to name a few.  The MRA series includes all the mechanical and electrical components to assure smooth product transfer and gentle handling through the packaging cycle.

ML Series

Automatic versatile speed inline continuous motion shrink wrappers with static overlap bottom seal. Available in two versions to accommodate a variety of applications.  The ML series offers various specifically designed product handling and control systems. Each transfer point is designed for the products to be used on the machine so efficiency and simplicity are inherent in each system.
